•Reason for this is because I am only one artist running the business with multiple orders coming in weekly.

•Customs don’t actually take 1-2 weeks to make this process takes this long because like I said before I’m only one person I package, ship, do all customer service, make content on the shoes, manage the website, and the customs take 4+ hrs to a few days depending on the design so please be patient with me🤝🏼 .

•(Keep in mind that custom orders are non-refundable after the order has been placed for over 3 days) reason for that is because it’s a custom item in your own size and materials are bought with the funds just for your order.
