When we complete your order and have it ready for shipping. You will receive a SMS message or Email with your tracking information that can be tracked via USPS or our Track Your Order.

1. Do we have to buy shoes and send them to you or do you buy them?

We supply the materials and shoes for each custom in your size. All customs are authentic and hand painted.

2. How long does it take to receive my order after placing?

Normally a customer receives their order 3-14 days after placement. Our turnaround times can vary depending on design ,time of year, or if we receive a high volume of orders. Here at KHCustomzz we try our best to make sure all orders get out in a timely manner while still reciveing the best quality for our customers.
